Information
As a barn who has typically specialized in the english disciplines, Pistol was a strange purchase for Sand Creek Stables. This curious colt with the strong personality won us over though and gave us a reason to start looking into the cow horse ring. Pistol comes from top-notch Riata bloodlines and we were lucky to purchase him in April of 2008 from Vaquero Ranch. We are eager to oversee all of his training and to instill in him the same training principles that we give to all of our other horses, no matter what their discipline is. We look forward to an exciting year of learning with our newest youngster.
